Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, I will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return, and we can arrange the refund/exchange. The item will need to be shipped within 30 days.
The item that you wish to return must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The item must return in the same condition in which it was when it was shipped. If the item is damaged or faulty then please contact me.
Please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs as well as the safe return of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have ordered a necklace and would like to exchange the chain for a different length, it will need to be returned in original packaging and unworn. The postage cost for me to send a new chain out must be covered by yourself.
Unfortunately, personalised items and, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable too. Gift bags cannot be returned for a refund.
