Ordering
When will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days with Royal Mail First Class postage. Please allow 3-10 working days before contacting me regarding a delay with your order.
Do you accept customised orders?
Yes. Please send me an email, fill out a contact form on our Contact page, or contact us via one of our social media pages if you would like to enquire about a customised item of jewellery.
Do you offer repairs or warranty?
We offer free repairs within 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or modifications.
If your item is outside the 6 month period, we're still happy to help. In this case, repairs are available for a £5 fee and return postage costs are not covered by Little Grey Moon.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns on all items except personalised items and earrings for hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns page.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What are your working hours?
My office hours are between 9am – 4pm during the week.
I am out of office on weekends.
