Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Shipping is £3 for all orders under £50. All orders over £50 will be entitled to free shipping. All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Please allow 3 – 10 working days for the order to arrive.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact me.

* Please note that personalised Christmas orders may take a couple of days longer than the above delivery estimate*

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, I will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving them item that you wish to return, and we can arrange the refund/exchange. The item will need to be shipped within 30 days.

The item that you wish to return must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The item must return in the same condition in which it was when it was shipped. If the item is damaged or faulty then please contact me.

Please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs as well as the safe return of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have ordered a necklace and would like to exchange the chain for a different length, it will need to be returned in original packaging and unworn. The postage cost for me to send a new chain out must be covered by yourself. 

Unfortunately, personalised items and, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable too.

Packaging

All items will be beautifully gift wrapped in a Little Grey Moon gift box so that they are ready for you to give to that someone special or as a special treat for yourself. 

Bracelet alterations/restringing

Please contact me if the size of your bracelet needs adjusting. You must have all or almost all of the beads from the original bracelet. These are the current prices for alterations and restringing:

  • Restringing within 6 months of purchase date – FREE
  • Restringing after 6 months of purchase date – £5 per bracelet 
  • Resizing (smaller & larger) – £5 per bracelet/anklet 
  • Additional initial adding to bracelet – lowercase initial disc £14

Chain replacement

I am happy to replace any broken chains within 6 months from purchase date given the chain is faulty and has not been broken accidentally.

*Please note you will also be required to pay the postage & packaging cost for me to return the bracelet to you unless it is within 6 months of purchase date*
